Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Lucky Paws Card Shop is committed to fast, safe, and reliable shipping. Please review our shipping policy before placing an order.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
During high-volume periods (releases, sales, holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

We currently only ship within the United States.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Lucky Paws Card Shop is not responsible for:

  • Orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses,

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received

If an order is returned to us due to an address issue, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.

Order Verification & Restricted Addresses

Lucky Paws Card Shop reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

We do not ship to freight forwarding companies, package consolidation centers, or reshipping facilities. Orders placed with these types of shipping addresses may be cancelled and refunded.

All orders are subject to verification prior to shipment. Orders cancelled due to verification issues, restricted shipping addresses, or policy violations are subject to our 6% cancellation fee to cover non-refundable processing and administrative costs.

Packaging & Protection

We take pride in packaging orders securely:

Singles are shipped in protective sleeves and top loaders or equivalent protection.
Sealed products are packed to prevent damage during transit.

 

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Returns & Lost Packages

All sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and items.

Lost packages will be handled on a case-by-case basis once the carrier’s tracking investigation is complete.

Carrier Responsibility

Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, Lucky Paws Card Shop is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather

  • Carrier errors

  • Service disruptions

We will always do our best to assist with claims when possible.

Return & Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of sealed product in the TCG industry, we do not offer returns.  That said, if something arrives damaged or not as described, send us an email and we'll make it right | luckypawscardshop@gmail.com

Cancellations can be requested prior to shipment but are subject to a 6% cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. This covers the non-refundable payment processing fee we are charged when the initial transaction is made.
